Why my initials don't appear in the EM column for reports?
To fix this in either version, whether web or desktop follow the next steps:
- Go to General Setup in the left side panel.
- Click Marketing on the navigation bar.
- Click Create and Edit Sales People.
- On the Action column, click on the pencil icon to open the Salesperson Entry Window.
- On the field named "Initials" write the Salesperson initials.
- Click on the "Save" button.
