Why my initials don't appear in the EM column for reports?

To fix this in either version, whether web or desktop follow the next steps:

  1. Go to General Setup in the left side panel.
  2. Click Marketing on the navigation bar.
  3. Click Create and Edit Sales People.

  4. On the Action column, click on the pencil icon to open the Salesperson Entry Window.

  5. On the field named "Initials" write the Salesperson initials. 

  6. Click on the "Save" button.
