Venue Reporting

Venue reporting involves the documentation and analysis of data related to the usage, operations, and performance of a venue, such as an event space, conference center, or entertainment facility. This reporting process includes tracking information such as event bookings, attendance numbers, revenue generated, operational expenses, customer feedback, and maintenance records. Venue reporting helps venue managers and owners assess the profitability and efficiency of their operations, identify trends or patterns in usage, make informed decisions about pricing, marketing, and facility management, and improve the overall experience for customers and event organizers.

To see reporting:

  1. Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
  2. Click on Venue Management.
  3. Click Reports in the navigation bar.
  4. Click Venue Reporting.


     

  5. Click on Refresh.

     

  6. Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view. 

  7. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export. 

     

  8. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
