User Accounts No Longer Needed
Did you fire an employee, or did someone leave for other reasons? Go to the Windows Icon – Network Users and locate the employee.
Open their record and click the checkbox to “Is Active” to remove them from your list of active users.
Inactive users are not removed for security reasons: They are associated with events, billing, payments, etc. They remain inactive until an Archiving process is completed at some point per the customer’s request.
