Enhancements:
ACH Refresh Enhancements
  • After making changes to the ACH Info Entry data, the window will automatically refresh.
Cart/Portal Enhancement

  • To show only the Web Enabled records for Referred By and Customer Type. This is a two-part feature enhancement with both the Core and the Cart/Portal.

Customer Sales & Marketing Management

  • Sync Events, Sync Venues, and Sync Prospect Actions to refresh the appropriate department information.

Global Payments Merchant Processing Enhancement
  • ACH processing has been improved to include the parameter of "Checking" or "Savings" accounts. The user interface in the Core will be updated first to support this new feature.
Imminent Event Email
  • When a user copies an event, the system should trigger the ImminentEventEmail email template and send the notification to the customer associated with the copied event.
On-Premise Calendar Enhancements

  • Improving the Calendar view; blocking the rooms when an On-Premise Room is selected in the event.

Recipe Prep Enhancement
  • If the item already exists in the Event Production Prep, we will prevent the deletion and show a user-friendly message explaining the dependency information.
UPS Results

  • To improve the shipping department's workflow, the UPS Pickup Result will be added to the Shipping Management Grid.

Bug Fix:

Recipe Analysis Display
  • The recipe results should display the correct package header associated with each recipe.
  • The “Where used in Events” function should list all packages/events where the recipe is used.
Search Text Disappears While Typing in Order Details Search Bar

  • When updating our toolbase, sometimes there are lingering bugs that are released by the vendors; we are working to resolve the issue by applying updates to one of their newer versions.
