Enhancements:
Create an AppSetting to Enable/Disable ACH Toggle in Customer Sales & Marketing Management

  • The ACH feature should always be visible to users; however, its enabled/disabled state must be driven by the AppSetting value. When the AppSetting is set to Yes, users can enable and manage ACH preferences. When set to No, the ACH toggle remains visible but disabled and cannot be interacted with.

Add an auto-refresh in the Salesperson Commission table.

  • When updating the commission data, the main window will refresh automatically.

Grid in Salesperson Commission table fails to refresh Rev Code data

  • The grid view within the "Salesperson Commission" table will be refreshed automatically.

Prevent Deleting Assigned Skill Types
  • Adding a safety check to prevent deleting previously assigned Skill Types.
Adding a Synergy feature: Event discounts cannot exceed the Max Discount configured for a revenue code.
  • Allows the user to preset the maximum allowed discount within a specific revenue code. For example, Delivery might have a maximum discount of 100% where Staff might have a discount of 10%.
Add an additional check for the Event Billing Email to be required

  • When importing data, sometimes the Event Billing email has not been populated. When using the Accounting Tools window, the Event Billing email address is used to send correspondence to your customers.

Adding a Synergy feature: Emailed Customer Statements need to be displayed in Statement History
  • On the Customer Financial window, populate the Statements tab after they have been generated from the clients.
Add a new logging feature for Canceled Events.

  • When canceling an event, there will be an appSetting to enforce capturing a reason for the cancellation. 

Bug Fix:

When deleting a blank space on a Skill Type, an error message can appear

  • If a user tries to remove a "blank space" for the name of an existing skill type, and while doing so, it does not copy the name of another existing skill type, then the user must be able to save & close after making that change. 

Item Usage History - Chronological Sort Ignores Year and Sorts by Month Only
  • After adding new date controls on the Equipment Usage, the dates need to sort by Year, Month, and Day.
