Enhancements:
Recipe Items not Populating the Recipe Prep Grid

  •  The Site Menu in the Kitchen View has been enhanced to improve the display of Recipe Prep information. Updates include improved loading of Recipe Prep data, more accurate quantity and unit-of-measure calculations, better handling of recipe components, and improved visibility of preparation details within the Site Menu. 

UPS Pickups email notifications
  •  UPS pickup notifications can now be configured with a list of email recipients and notification preferences (such as pickup completed, canceled, or delayed). 
 Be able to add packages when creating a Change Request

  •  Packages added to a Change Request are now displayed in the department tree view and receive an automatic sequence number, making it easier to review package changes and preventing errors caused by missing sequence values. 

Showing only the Web Enabled records for Referred By and Customer Type:

  • The Shopping Cart now displays only Active and Web Enabled Referred By and Customer Type options. Administrators can manage these records through General Setup → Marketing, ensuring customers see only approved options in their profile. 

Self - Assign Staff from Published Event Notifications

  • When an event is published to Staff Production Scheduling, eligible staff members receive Accept and Decline notifications. Accepting automatically attempts to assign the staff member to the event, while Decline leaves the position available for others. 

Bug Fix:
Purchasing by Invoice Improvements 

  • The Enter Purchasing by Invoice process has been improved to prevent data loss, field freezes, and unexpected item removal, providing a more stable and reliable invoice entry experience. 

 Staffing Change Order Shift Deletion 

  • An issue where deleted shifts could reappear after approval has been resolved. Shift deletions now save correctly and remain removed when the event is refreshed or reopened. 

Extend Overbooking Override Rules to Pending & Confirmed Equipment Tracking

  •  The OverrideOverbooking feature now supports Pending & Confirmed equipment tracking, allowing controlled overbooking and automatic updates when inventory availability changes. 

Substituted Recipe Item not displayed after Change Request is accepted

  •  Approved Recipe Item substitutions made through Change Requests are now correctly reflected throughout the application. Once a Change Request is Accepted, the substituted item is displayed in Order Details, Prep Quantification, and the Site Menu Report, ensuring operational views and reports accurately reflect the approved changes. 

 Payroll Editor Data Loss 

  • The Payroll Editor now preserves existing staff data, including Skill Type, hours, and location information, when payroll records are edited. This improvement helps prevent unintended data loss and ensures payroll information remains synchronized correctly.
