Upcoming Release 87 - Expected Release Date 8.12

Enhancements:
Equipment and Beverages
  • We are adding new fields to the Event Items Notes for the Beverage department in Order Details by replicating the approach we use for Recipe Equipment Qty and Notes. Beverages will now have that same functionality.
Equipment Usage
  • We added a date controller & extend the grid view for the records on the "Equipment Usage" window to improve functionality and performance for this window and its various tabs.
Event Location Lock 
  • Just as we have done with the Guest Count, we are adding a lock to the "Event Location" based on an appSetting, after the Event has been submitted to Production.
Staff Overtime Enhancement 
  • We are adding additional overtime fields to address some NYC law changes.
Staff Scheduling Window 
  • We are adding a Fusion feature, enabling the Send Email feature to the Reports options in the Staff Window. Even with notifications and SMS, users still like an email at times.
Bug Fix:
CreateRoomForNewCustomer appSetting fix
  • When using the "CreateRoomForNewCustomer" AppSetting, the Delivery Address does not get populated. We are fixing this bug.
Unseen Error
  • When creating orders, there is an error we are trapping; the user is not seeing this, where it is checking a Database Key.
