Enhancements:

 Optional Food Delivery Requirements 
  •  A new TurnOffFoodDelivery setting has been added to give organizations greater flexibility when managing events. When enabled, the Food Delivery section is hidden and Food Delivery information is no longer required to save an event. This allows users to save events without completing delivery fields that are not applicable, while preserving any existing Food Delivery data. 
Related Item Inventory Validation

  • The Related Items feature now checks inventory availability before items are added to an event. If a requested quantity exceeds available inventory, the system displays a warning and automatically adjusts the quantity to the maximum available amount.

Bug Fix:
Multi-Cost Center Inventory Validation

  • Equipment inventory can now be allocated across multiple Cost Centers, reducing unnecessary overbooking errors. Additionally, Overbooking Override support has been expanded for Pending & Confirmed events, providing greater flexibility when managing inventory shortages. 

Extended Overbooking Override

  • The OverrideOverbooking feature now supports Pending & Confirmed equipment tracking, allowing controlled overbooking, inventory recalculation, and audit tracking of overbooking approvals.
