Time sheet Management
Time sheet management involves the process of recording, tracking, and managing the hours worked by employees. This includes documenting the start and end times of shifts, recording breaks or meal periods, and categorizing time spent on different tasks or projects. Time sheet management helps businesses accurately track employee work hours for payroll processing, project costing, client billing, and compliance purposes.
To add a timesheet:
- Go to Production on the left side panel.
- Click Event Production.
- Click on Timesheets.
- Click Timesheet Management Window.
- Click +Add, you can add a timesheet By Staff or By Department.
- Fill out the timesheet information.
- Click on Save.
To edit a timesheet:
- Go to Production on the left side panel.
- Click Event Production.
- Click on Timesheets.
- Click Timesheet Management Window.
- Click the pencil icon on the Action column.
- Edit the desired information, once finished click on Save.
