# Supervisor’s Edit Button

If there is a question about an employee’s actual start and actual end times, the supervisor can go in and edit that employee’s time sheet.

To do this, make sure the employee is logged in to the Time Clock.

The supervisor will select the entry that needs adjusting and then click \[Edit\].

A small window will pop up asking for the supervisor’s password.

They should enter the password and click \[OK\].

This window will come up and the only fields that can be adjusted here are the Actual Start and Actual End. 

Make the adjustments and click \[Save\].
