[General Setup](https://faq.elecate.com/faq/general-setup?hsLang=en) # Staffing Reports – Unassigned Staff Reports Through this window, you can run reports on all Unassigned Staff. Select the date for which you want to view unassigned staff, click \[Refresh\], and then choose the report you would like to run from the drop down menu. Filter how you’d like and select all. Finally, click the \[Print Selected\] button and complete your report. #### **Production Reports.**  In this section, you can print a selection of data in a production report. Here is the Pending & Confirmed Production Reports: Filter how you’d like and select all. Finally, click the \[Print Selected\] button and complete your report. **Packing Lists** Here is the example of the Event Date Packing list grid: Filter how you’d like and select all. Finally, click the \[Print Selected\] button and complete your report. **Purchase Orders** Purchase Orders can be generate for Ingredients, Recipes, Beverage, and Equipment items in the system. This grid can be used to select and generate a report of purchase orders. To view a complete list, make sure the From and To Dates are set accordingly and click Refresh. Filter how you’d like and select all. Finally, click the \[Print Selected\] button and complete your report.
