To do so, you need to follow these steps:
- Data Items.
- HR Management.
- HR Management (All Staff).
- New Entry.
Now to add the information, it follows these steps:
Fill in the staff member’s First, Middle, and Last names, Address, and Zip Code (the city and state will populate upon zip code selection).
Next fill in the Home phone, Mobile/Other phone and Email at the very least, and any other information you deem necessary. If you know that the staff person has more than one email address, enter both with a semi-colon in between:
We have a Text-To-Phone feature built in to our system which allows you to send scheduling or other pertinent information directly from your computer to your staff member’s cell phone. To accomplish this, enter the staff member’s Mobile Text # in the field using the following criteria:
10-digit phone number @ messaging extension carrier . com
For example: 2015552121@tmomail.com (for T-Mobile)

You can also add Staff Comments if you would like.
Next, click on the Skill Types tab.
Here, you will select the Work Status, Security Clearance, Training Courses (highest level), and Training Date.

Work Status: *Required Field* This defines if the employee is active, inactive, terminated, or temporary

Security Clearance: User defined and not required

Training Courses: User defined and help your HR department organize employee lists for tracking and planning
Also, enter their Skill Level (if this is how your company delineates skill levels) and Times Available.

Skill Level: Typically, users define this rating by ABC or 1-5 or higher levels

Times Available: This note will appear in event scheduling, when the scheduler selects the employee
You can Add/Edit Skill Types by clicking the button below the Skills lists.
When you select Available Skills, click on the skill in the left-hand column and then click the right arrow to move it over to the Assigned Skills list.
Lastly, you will see a row of buttons at the bottom. These are all for adding additional information about the staff member.
