Staff Payroll Reporting
Staff Payroll Reporting provides payroll-related reporting tools that allow organizations to review, analyze, and export employee payroll information for selected event date ranges. These reports support payroll verification, labor cost analysis, operational planning, and financial reporting by providing visibility into payroll activity associated with events and staffing. Proper use of payroll reporting helps ensure payroll accuracy and supports informed labor management decisions.
The Staff Payroll Reporting screen allows users to:
- Select an event date range
- Refresh payroll data
- Choose payroll reports
- Select one or multiple reports
- Export or print reports in various formats
To see reporting:
- Go to Finance & Accounting in the left side panel.
- Click on Payroll Processing.
- Click Print Payroll in the navigation bar.
- Click Staff Payroll Reporting.

- On “Event Date From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.

- Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.

- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
