Staff Captains Reporting
Staff captains in the catering business are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the catering staff during events or functions. They act as leaders, directing the service team, ensuring adherence to standards of quality and professionalism, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the event. Staff captains play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service to clients and guests. In this section you can review and edit staff captains in a giving date.
To see reporting:
- Go to Production in the left side panel.
- Click on Event Staffing.
- Click Staff Captains Reporting.
- On “Event Dates From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.
- Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
