They act as leaders, directing the service team, ensuring adherence to standards of quality and professionalism, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the event. Staff captains play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service to clients and guests. In this section you can review and edit staff captains in a giving date. **To see reporting:** 1. Go to ***Production*** in the left side panel. 2. Click on ***Event Staffing***. 3. Click on the **Check boxes** to select the report or reports you want to export.  8.
