Single Item Equipment Overbooking

Refers to the situation where a specific piece of equipment is reserved or allocated for use by multiple customers or events at the same time, exceeding its available capacity or availability. This can occur due to scheduling errors, miscommunication, or oversights in the booking process. Single item equipment overbooking can lead to conflicts, delays, or disruptions in service if the equipment is not available as expected. Businesses must address single item equipment overbooking promptly by resolving conflicts, adjusting schedules, or providing alternative solutions to meet customer needs without compromising service quality.

 

To get reporting:

  1. Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
  2. Click on Equipment Management.
  3. Click Reports in the navigation bar.
  4. Click Single Item Equipment Overbooking.

  5. On “Delivery Date From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

  6. Click on Refresh.

     

  7. Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view. 

  8. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export. 

     

  9. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
