This will open the link on a browser to download the Team Viewer application.

Please click to download Team Viewer. Once the .exe finishes downloading, open it. You will see this window: 

You will tell your Elecate representative the “ID” and “Password” so we can temporarily view your screen. By giving us the ID and password, you are allowing us control over your computer for the duration of the call. Once our meeting and call is over, we will disconnect from your computer.
