Salesperson/ Event Update Reports

Salesperson/ Event Update Reports involve documenting and communicating relevant information about sales activities, events, or interactions with clients or prospects. These reports typically include details such as salesperson updates on client meetings, progress on sales leads, event attendance, feedback received, and any other noteworthy developments related to sales efforts. Salesperson/event update reports help keep stakeholders informed about ongoing sales activities, track progress towards sales goals, identify opportunities for follow-up or action, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within sales teams or with clients.

To view the Salesperson / Event update report: 

  1. Go to Sales & Marketing on the left side panel.
  2. Click Customer (CRM) in the navigation bar.
  3. Click Reports in the navigation bar.
  4. Click Salesperson / Event Update Reports.
  5. On “Dates From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view. 
  6. Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.
  7. Click on Refresh.
  8. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
  9. Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
