Sales Goals and Actual Reporting.

Sales goals and actual reporting involves comparing predetermined sales targets or objectives with the actual sales performance achieved within a business or organization. This reporting process includes documenting and analyzing data related to sales goals, actual sales figures, key performance indicators (KPIs), and any variances between the two. Sales goals and actual reporting helps businesses assess the effectiveness of their sales strategies, identify areas of success and improvement, make data-driven decisions to adjust tactics or allocate resources, and ultimately drive sales growth and revenue generation.
