1. New Pencil Button in the New Recipe Prep Tab
Moving forward, within the "Recipe Prep" tab, users will find a new edit button next to the listed items in the "Recipe Information" section to enhance consistency.
- Click on Data Items section in the side panel
- Access to Food Management
- Click on the Recipe you want to edit
- Navigate to the recipe and select the "Recipe Prep" tab for further editing options.

- Once you made the changes needed click on "Save."
2. Tax Exempt fields are viewed only by Admin.
In order to enhance customer privacy, we have made the Tax Exempt field visible only to the customer admin, keeping it hidden from regular users.
This applies to both the Events and Customer Financial files.
3. New Checkbox on the venue page.
Inside the Off/On Premise Locations All Cost Centers there will be a "RoomComm" within the "commissions" tab it works the same as "Customer Discounts"
4. Database Tools.
For added convenience, we have relocated the Database Tools feature from the Data Items section to the "gear" icon in the screen's upper right corner. This feature can only be seeing by super admin.
5. Event Delivery Calendar "Print to" button has been moved.
In the Event Calendar on the modal "Event Delivery Management" the "Print To" button has been moved from the button to the top of the modal window.
To access
- Access to Elecate
- Click on the truck icon at the upper left side of the screen.
- Double-click on the event you need.
- Select a report to process.
- Click on the arrow next to the Print To button and select the format.
6. Implementing Min/Max Enforcement at Event Entry Level
To ensure that the event's recipe adheres to specified constraints and requirements. This practice helps maintain optimal inventory levels, reduces costs, and ensures consistent availability of items for events.
When adding the food item you can check the enforce rules of the event
Steps:
- In the side panel access to Data Items
- Click on Food Management
- Select Recipe Management (All Items)
- Click on the recipe you need to edit
- At the Recipe Serves section turn on the Enforce MinMax switch.
7. Reports can be elaborated directly from the Staff Captains Reporting section.
The reports necessary for staff now can be directly generated from the Staff Captains Reporting section.
Some of the reports available include, Staff Detail Skill Type List, Event Staff Reporting, among others.
8. NuGet Packages Check Library Updates
All the NuGet Packages functions have been tested and analyzed and there is no issue
