Upcoming Release 94.0.2 - Future Release

Enhancements:
Email Enhancement on Cost Centers

  • We have added an Email field directly in the “Cost Center (Business Unit)” section. This is helpful for multi-unit organizations where the items are available.

 

Booked Hours in Staff Production

  • Enhance the Event Staff Production Scheduling window to display the total number of hours each Staff Member is already scheduled for during the applicable week, both prior to and after they have been assigned, allowing you to better manage overtime hours.

Manage Lead Status Definitions in Marketing Setup

  • A new Create and Edit Lead Status screen has been added under General Setup → Marketing, allowing administrators to create, edit, deactivate, and delete Lead Status entries. Lead Statuses can be mapped to Active, Pending, or Dormant states and are now available for selection in the Lead/Prospect Information → Status & Priority section, ensuring consistent lead tracking and status management. 

When using Change Orders: Recipe Changes Email

  • We are adding the new [[EventManagerEmail]] to be visible in this section.

Bug Fix:
Delete Button in the New Billing Record for Event ID Window

  • A Delete button has been added to the New Billing Record for Event ID window, allowing users to remove selected payment records. The option is only available when a payment is selected, requires confirmation before deletion, and automatically refreshes the billing list after the record is removed. Existing billing functionality remains unchanged. 

 

Financial Reporting: filtering Final Cost throws a coercion error and breaks report generation

  • When using the Final Cost column to filter an amount, the window would crash. You could use the Search bar, and that would not throw an error. 

Email Substitutions

  • After releasing new email substitutions in R93, we've received feedback that yes, the new substitutions are working; however, if the user overwrites the email substitution with a completely different email, the updated email address is not being used in the email, and the new substitution is being used.

Venue Sync

  • When using the new Sync features, Events and Prospects are working perfectly; however, we lost the prompt to create a new Venue (room) when using the Venue Sync. If you make a change to the Venue, that part of the update is working fine.
