Email Threading in Events. 

The recent update brings improvements to the email threading feature within the Event Management Section. These enhancements include environment segmentation and time zone management, making it easier to organize and manage email threads, particularly when working across various environments and time zones. 

Steps:

  1. Access to Sales and Marketing in the side panel 
  2. Click on Event & Order Management 
  3. Access to Event Management -All Status Types Included
  4. Go to the Event you need to access 
  5.  Access to the Email Tab 

6. Click on the New email button.   

 7. Write the email and click on Send.  

Ability to reply to emails

Moreover, users have the capability to respond to emails directly within the ongoing thread, enhancing communication efficiency and coherence. 

Write and send the reply.  

Quick Event Order Window. 

To streamline the process, we have introduced a Quick Entry Window for creating New Events. Simply input the essential information, and your event will be promptly generated. 

Steps:

  1. Access to Sales and Marketing in the side panel 
  2. Click on Event & Order Management 
  3. Access to Event Management -All Status Types Included
  4. Click the arrow next to the New Entry button 
  5. Access to Quick Add 

6. A Pop-Up will appear complete all the fields and click on "Save"
