These enhancements include environment segmentation and time zone management, making it easier to organize and manage email threads, particularly when working across various environments and time zones.  **Steps:** 1. Access to Sales and Marketing in the side panel 2. Click on Event & Order Management 3. Access to Event Management -All Status Types Included 4. Go to the Event you need to access 5. Simply input the essential information, and your event will be promptly generated.  **Steps:** 1. Access to Sales and Marketing in the side panel 2. Click on Event & Order Management 3. Access to Event Management -All Status Types Included 4. Click the arrow next to the New Entry button 5.
