Fixes

Gratuity and convenience fee on Shopping Cart payments

Resolved an issue where gratuity was not saved correctly and the convenience fee was miscalculated when a payment was processed through the Shopping Cart.

When a payment is submitted, the event is now re-synced so the charges are recalculated correctly. Gratuity is retained on the order, and the convenience fee reflects the correct amount.
