Release Notes 5.07.26 - Online Portal

1. Targeted Email Notifications

  • Email notifications for Change Requests (approved or declined) are now sent only to the Salesperson assigned to the event.
  • Customer email addresses are no longer included in these notifications, ensuring communications are directed to the appropriate internal contact.

2.Cost Center Selection Improvements

  • The Cost Center dropdown in the Shopping Cart now shows only active and Web-enabled Cost Centers when enabled.

  • This helps simplify selection and ensures only relevant options are available.

 

3. Web Lead Form Enhancements

  • The Cost Center dropdown in the Web Lead Form now also displays only active and Web-enabled Cost Centers when enabled.

  • This provides a more consistent and streamlined experience when submitting leads.
