Release Notes 4.27.26 - Online Portal

1. Implement app setting to show/hide revenue details in the check out. 

Created new app setting WebShowRevenueCartDetail. When the AppSetting is enabled,  all applicable revenue cart detail sections and components are displayed on the checkout. When disabled, all details are hidden and only totals are displayed.

2. Enhanced Cart Calculations

Package pricing discrepancies have been resolved. Prices in the Shopping Cart now match core system calculations, including support for scaled pricing where applicable.
Balance due amounts are now evaluated and displayed more accurately in the payment summary.

3. Clearer Order Breakdown

Gratuity charges and convenience fees are now displayed under a new Additional Charges section in the Shopping Cart, making it easier to understand the full cost of an order at a glance.
