Release Notes 3.27.26 - Online Portal

1. Improved Data Accuracy & Consistency - Deleting Data Items without deactivating Web Enable flag 

Recipes deleted from the core are now correctly removed from the Shopping Cart, even if they were not disabled first.

2. Clearer Payment & Fee Visibility

Delivery fees are now correctly displayed in the payment breakdown, providing better transparency into total costs.
 
3. Better Order Control - Submitted Status
 
Events and departments are no longer submitted automatically, they are only changed to submitted status when triggered by the core user, allowing greater control and flexibility for updates.
