Bug Fix:
- Reload message appears when trying to add items in the Beverage, Menu, Staff, and Equipment departments in the change request window.
- When converting a lead to a customer, the application could crash.
- Duplicated Order Review item changes can overwrite the first entry if you are not focused on proper sequencing.
- Ensure that properly sized Venue images are saved in the Venue Management window.
