1. Recipe Ingredient Information Save & Close OptionWe added a "Save and Close" button and additional options to the Recipe Ingredient Information Window dropdown. These improvements are designed to make the Recipe Ingredient Information Window more user-friendly and versatile.
2. Modifications in the Manage Tax Table Modal.
We updated the Manage Tax Table Modal to provide a more intuitive layout for editing tax configurations.
3. Internal/External Report Flag
We modified the Event Print button logic to flag a report as internal or external, allowing better report configuration and supporting clearer report classification.
When selecting the Email option in the Print to dropdown, reports flagged as Is Internal Report will be sent to the email configured in the report, whereas reports that have the flag off will be considered external and sent to the customer's email linked to the event.
4.Last Action Modal Window
We introduced a new "Last Action" modal to display the most recent user activity, improving user awareness.
5. Modifications in the Equipment Overbooking Threshold window
We enhanced the Equipment Overbooking Threshold window for a more user-friendly configuration experience.
6. Enter Key function in the Update Average Inventory Modal window.
We enabled the Enter key to trigger the "Next" action in the Update Average Inventory modal, streamlining form navigation.
7. New Customer ID Search option.
We added Customer ID-based search to the Event ID search window for faster access to client-specific events.
8. Full data visibility in Beverages Inventory Management and Pricing Tools.
We removed pagination from Beverages Inventory Management and Pricing Tools, allowing full data visibility simultaneously.
- On the left side panel go to Production
- Go to Purchasing & Inventory
- Go to Inventory and Pricing
- Go to Beverage Inventory & Pricing Tools
- Select some beverages
- Click on Update Inventory
- Change the value on Inventory on-hand
- Press Enter
9. Optimized Event CRM Save Logic for Improved Performance
We’ve enhanced the Event CRM module by transitioning from a full save approach to a partial save mechanism. This change significantly reduces system overhead by updating only the modified data, resulting in faster save operations and improved overall performance.
10. Enhanced Financial Controls on Event Duplication
To strengthen financial governance and prevent unauthorized scheduling, the system now restricts event copying under specific financial conditions. Users will be unable to duplicate an event if:
- The client's Total Due exceeds their assigned Credit Limit, or
- The client's account is currently on hold.
This update ensures that events cannot be replicated for clients who are financially non-compliant, helping teams maintain tighter control over credit exposure and account status.
