1. Event Color Assignment Enhancements

On the Event Color Assignment modal window we renamed "Color 1" to "Preset Color" and in Event Color Definitions we added new color combinations to enhance event categorization.

To find the Event Color Assignment window:

1. On the left side panel go to Production

2. Go to Kitchen Management

3. Go to Event Color Assignment

4. Select a date and click Refresh

5. Click on the pencil icon next to the event or double click on the event row

2. Delivery & Pickup Status Validation

We updated stored procedures to prevent deliveries or pickups that are not in the Confirmed status, this update helps maintain order and accuracy by only allowing confirmed deliveries or pickups to proceed, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

3. Financial Tab Refresh Functionality

We added a Refresh Functionality on the Financial Tab within the event for improved data synchronization and usability.

4. Standardized Enter Key Functionality

We improved efficiency by standardizing the enter key functionality to submit data for new entries within active modals. This update ensures that pressing the Enter key will submit new data entries in any open modal, making the process quicker and more consistent for users.

5. App Setting for Guest Control

The app setting "ShowMinMaxGuest" was created to Enable or Disable the Minimum and Maximum guests on an event, we applied the "ShowMinMaxGuest" application setting across all databases for consistency.

6. Credit Limits and Financial Rates

We added two new fields in the Customer Financial Management window to set credit limits and monthly financial rates. In summary, these new fields enhance your ability to control and oversee customer financial details, leading to better financial management.

To set the credit limit or financial rate go to:

1. On the left side menu go to Finance and Accounting

2. Go to Customer Financials

3. Open a customer financial record by clicking on the pencil icon or double clicking on the customer row

4. On the Contact tab click on the Financial Recap dropdown

7. Payroll Entry Navigation Buttons

We implemented Previous/Next buttons in the payroll entry window for easier navigation.

8. Skill Type Management in Schedule

We added an option to delete and unassign all skill types from an event in the scheduling window, enhancing the scheduling process by providing a quick and efficient way to clear all skill assignments from an event, giving users greater control and adaptability.

1. On the left side panel go to Production

2. Go to Event Staffing

3. Go to Scheduling

4. Click on Staff Production Scheduling

5. Select a date on the calendar

6. On the right of the calendar, double click on the event 

7. Select the skills type you want to delete

8. Click on the dropdown next to the Action button

9. Select Delete Selected Skill Type
