Refresh Button in Appsetting WindowGeneral SetUp Icon Update1. Management Label Change
We updated the label in the Customer Marketing Management to Customer Sales And Marketing Management section for improved clarity.
- On the side panel go to Sales and Marketing.
- Go to Customer Marketing.
- Select Customer Sales and Marketing Management.
2. Lead Prospect Information Window Modal Changes
Inside the Lead Prospect Information modal window, within the Lead Details tab, you can find a few fields that have been improved:
- The Event Date has a date picker.
- The Event Time has a time picker.
- We added an End Time field
- On the side panel go to Sales and Marketing.
- Go to Customer Marketing.
- Go to Customer (CRM)
- Go to Lead/Prospect
- Select Lead/Prospect Management
- Open the Lead/Prospect Information window by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the customer row.
- Go to the Lead Details tab.
3. Full Event Type Options in Filter
We ensured that all Event Type options are visible in the filter, not just those on the current page, improving user access.
- Click on the calendar icon on the top left corner.
- Double-click on a date to view the Event Information window.
- Select the date range you want to view and click Refresh.
- Click on the filter icon on the Event Type column.
Here you will see all the event types within the date range:
4. Edit Fonts Functionality in Proposal
We added the ability to edit fonts within the proposal function, offering more customization options for users.
- Click on the Sales and Marketing section located on the left panel.
- Click on Events & Order Management.
- Select Event Management All Status Types Included.
- Open the event by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the event row.
- Go to the Event Info Tab.
- Click on Notes.
5. Renamed "Recipe Allergens" to "Dietary Restrictions"
We renamed the "Recipe Allergens" field to "Dietary Restrictions" to better reflect the content and enhance usability.
6. General SetUp Icon Update
We changed the General SetUp icon in the side menu to an Alpha Icon for a modernized appearance.
7. Prev/Next Buttons in Staffing Modal Window
We added "Prev" and "Next" buttons in the staffing modal window to improve navigation and workflow.
8. Refresh Button in Appsetting Window
Introduced a new refresh button in the Appsetting window to facilitate easier updates and configuration management.
- Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Go to App Settings.
9. HelpURL Appsetting Script
We executed an appsetting script to set the HelpURL for consistent and accurate help resource access.
- Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Go to App Settings.
- Look for "HelpURL"
10. Email Threading in Prospect Window
We implemented Email Threading functionality in the Prospect Window, enhancing communication tracking.
- On the side panel go to Sales and Marketing.
- Go to Customer (CRM).
- Go to Lead/Prospect
- Go to Lead/Prospect Management.
- Open the lead/prospect tab by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the lead/prospect row.
- Go to the Email tab.
From here you can send emails and view the previous email exchange.
11. Email Threading in Marketing Customer Window
We added Email Threading functionality to the Marketing Customer Window for improved email management.
- On the side panel go to Sales and Marketing.
- Go to Customer (CRM).
- Go to Customer Marketing.
- Go to Customer Sales & Marketing Management.
- Open the customer tab by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the customer row.
- Go to the Email tab.

We enabled Email Threading in the Financial Customer Window, allowing for better organization and tracking of communications.
- On the side panel go to Finance and Accounting.
- Go to Customer Financials.
- Go to Customer Financials.
- Go to Customer Financial Management.
- Open the customer tab by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the customer row.
- Go to the Email tab.
