Release Notes 10.30.2026 (Release 94)

Enhancements:

1. Making Canceled Event Log Mandatory When Event Status Is Changed to Canceled:

A new AppSetting, RequireCancellationReason, has been added to enforce cancellation reason entry. When enabled, users must provide a reason before an event can be marked as Canceled. This enhancement extends the existing EnableCancellationLogging functionality by making the cancellation reason mandatory.  

Bug Fix:

1. Search Text Disappears While Typing in Order Details Search Bar:

The search field in Order Details and across the application has been corrected to prevent characters from being unexpectedly removed as you type. Users can now enter search terms normally without having to retype missing characters, providing a more reliable and consistent search experience. 

2. Unable to Save Discount Percentage for Revenue Code containing special characters in Customer Discount Setup:

Customer-specific discounts, for example, P&D revenue code, are now saved and retained correctly. Users can enter, save, and review P&D discount percentages with the same behavior and reliability as other revenue codes.

3. Customer Sales & Marketing Management – Sync Events, Sync Venues, and Sync Prospect Actions Do Not Refresh Customer Information:

The Sync Events, Sync Venues, and Sync Prospect actions in Customer Sales & Marketing Management now automatically refresh customer information after synchronization. This enhancement ensures that the latest synchronized data is displayed immediately, providing the same behavior and user experience as the Synergy/Fusion application.
