Enhancements:

1. Wanting the system to prevent duplicate payment submissions (Sales Person):

A safeguard has been added to the Apply Payment process to prevent duplicate payment submissions. When a user clicks Save, the button is automatically disabled until the payment request is completed, ensuring that only one payment record is created even if the button is clicked multiple times.

This enhancement improves payment reliability while preserving the existing payment workflow for valid transactions.

2. Wanting the ability to save an event without entering Food Delivery information when Food Delivery is not required, so that I am not forced to complete delivery fields that are not applicable to the event:

A new TurnOffFoodDelivery setting has been added to provide greater flexibility in event management.

When enabled, the Food Delivery section is hidden from the Delivery tab and Food Delivery dates are no longer required to save an event. When disabled, the existing Food Delivery fields and validations remain unchanged.

This enhancement allows organizations to control Food Delivery requirements while preserving any existing Food Delivery data on events.

Bug Fix:

1. The "Changes" tab is showing the App User column as "Unknown" value:

 The Changes tab now displays the username of the user who performed an action whenever that information is available, replacing "Unknown" entries and improving audit tracking and visibility of event changes. 

2. Extend Overbooking Override Rules to Pending & Confirmed Equipment Tracking:

The OverrideOverbooking feature has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility when managing equipment inventory under Pending & Confirmed tracking rules.

When enabled, users can override equipment overbooking up to twice the available inventory, receive confirmation prompts when event date changes create overbooking conditions, and have those decisions recorded in the event audit history. The system also automatically recalculates inventory availability when events are modified, ensuring overbooked items are updated as inventory becomes available.

This enhancement improves inventory management while maintaining control over overbooking approvals and audit tracking.
