1. "New User" button.

We have added a new functionality in our platform, that will allow you to create users in a more convenient matter and the procedure goes as follows:

  • You will need to go to the "Settings" icon

  • Then click on the "Users Management" section

  • Then you will be able to see our new "New User" button conveniently placed 

2. "On The Fly" Recipe Window.

We have added a new window called "Recipe Management (On The Fly)", so the "On The Fly" items that you have created in your event, can be seen in a convenient window for your data management. To access follow these steps:

  • Click on "Data Items" 

  • Click on "Food Management" 

  • Click on "Recipe Management (On The Fly)

  • And you will be able to see all the items you have added in your event as a "On The Fly" entries!. 


  • To add a new On The Fly recipe Click on the New Entry button  a pop-up will appear
    Once you enter all the needed information click on "Save"


3. Increase the Vendor field size

We have expanded the size of the Vendor Field to accommodate longer vendor names.

To get to vendor management: 

  • Click on Vendor Management on the side panel then click on Vendor Management. 
  • Click on Vendor Management -All Vendors 
  • Click on the "New Entry" button the following pop-up will appear:   

4. Tax Exempt Section. 

Introducing the tax-exempt section within the customer record allows you to track the exempt status. 

 

5. More finances and tax security 

To increase the finance security the Financial Setup section has been moved. 

1. Click on the Gear figure on the upper right side of the screen.  

2. Click on Financial Setup 

3. You will find all the tax-related features in here 

6. Better Menu visualization. 

We have created an App Setting that will allow you to increase the number of items shown on a page, in the navigation menu.
