Copy an Event** We have introduced a feature that allows you to duplicate an event from an existing one and save it with a new name for future reference.  1. In the side pane access to Sales & Marketing  2. Click on Event & Order Management  3. Access to Event Management -All Status Types Included 4.  Select the event you want to duplicate  5. At the new event click on "Save"    **2. Change of Name in On-Site Contact Information ** The field previously labeled as "Instructions" under On-Site Contact Information has been updated to provide more detailed information and is now referred to as "Special Instructions." 1. In the side pane access to Sales & Marketing  2. Click on Event & Order Management  3. Access to Event Management -All Status Types Included 4. Select the event you need  5. New Log for Price Adjustment Tab ** This new feature allows you to track the users who have modified a Price Adjustment, enhancing transparency and facilitating better communication regarding discounts.  1. In the side pane access Accounting Tools  2. Click on Accounting Invoice Pre-Bill Window 3. Select the Events Status  4. Select the starting date using the calendar tool  5. Select the finish date 6. Select the report you need  7. Chefs Assignments by Event ID. **  To enhance efficiency, we have designed a menu node organized by EventID for better organization and ease of access. 1\. On  the side pane Access to Production  2\. Click on Kitchen Management  3\. Access to Chef Area Assignments   4\. Enter the Event ID  5\. Select the Report you need  6\.
