1. Default Customer Discount.
This feature allows you to apply a discount for a customer directly within the customer's window, which has been brought over from WPF.
1. In the side pane click on Finance & Accounting
2. Click on Customer Financials
3. Select the customer you need
4. Go to the Discounts Tab
5. Enter the discount percentage
6. Click on Update.
2. Color in the Event Management Window
The Event Management window now displays events in different colors based Removed the checkboxon their status, enhancing visual organization and clarity for users. This will show automatically no need to click on "Refresh"
3. Customer Billing Information.
The customer's billing details will be automatically filled in for convenience.
4. Details and Usage in the Equipment Item Window.
Inside the "Equipment Item Window" within the Order Details at the "Actions" drop-down you will find "Details" and "Usage"
1. In the side pane click on Sales & Marketing
2. Access to Event & Order Management
3. Click on Event & Order -All Status Included
4. Select an Event
5. Go to Order Details
6. In the Order Review section select an equipment item
7. Click at the dropdown next to the Actions button
8. If you select "Details" a pop-up will appear, set the date range and click on refresh
9. If you click on "Usage" the following pop-up will appear using the calendar tools set the Date Range, select a report and click on Refresh.
5. Moving the Prop Section/Group button
The Prop Section Button and the Prop Group inside the order detail editing for an item is been removed from only appearing inside the editing option.
Now there is a new button "Prop Section/Prop Group" next to the Event Items Notes button.
- In the side panel Click on Sales & Marketing
- Access to Event & Order Management
- Click on Event Management- All Status Types Included
- Select the Event you need
- Go to the Order Details Tab
- In the Order Review Section Click on the Edit Item Prop Section
Once the button is pressed the following columns will appear
- Department
- Item
- Quantity
- Prop Section
- Prop Group
Select the item you want and assign it a Prop Section or Group
If the Prop Section you want does not exist you can add it by clicking the add button
A pop up will appear you can edit the Prop Section you need.
6. Equipment Calendar
When you click on a selected item in the Equipment Inventory section, a window for the equipment inventory will pop up.
7. A new date range in Event Summary Reporting
This update allows users to easily select the current month, the next month, the previous month, and other options when generating reports.
1. On the side pane click on Sales & Marketing
2. Click on Event & Order Manage
3. Access to Reports
4. Select Event Summary Reporting
8. New Switch in the Change Order
Instead of using a checkbox to print all the reports, there is now a convenient Switch option. Simply click on it, and all the reports will be printed automatically.
1. On the side pane click on Production
2. Click on Production Reporting
3. Access to Change Order Reporting
4. Using the calendar tools set a date range and the report you need
5. Click on Refresh
