9. Client email.
From now on you can include the client's email in the event thread
The email threading functionality was applied to keep track of events and to be able to send information within an event directly to the customer associated with the event. Here’s what this means:
- Once you create an event based on your desired customer and set up all the details for the given event, you will have the ability to send an email from within the "Event Modal Window."
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the event modal window.
- Go to the "Email" tab.
- There, you will see two buttons next to the "Email Code." The buttons have the following functionalities:
Create Email: This button will allow you to compose an email. It will open your email client and automatically use the sender "app@elecate.com." You don’t have to remove the sender, as this will allow the email information to be saved within the tab and display the relevant information.
Refresh: As the name suggests, this functionality will allow you to refresh your inbox and show you the emails that have been sent or received within the email tab.
From within the email tab, once you reply to an email, you will have the option to reply to the emails directly from within the tab without opening your email client. You can also add attachments and forward your email.
