1. Increased password length.
We have increased the password length on the customer mobile/web access to 255 characters.
- On the side panel go to Sales and Marketing.
- Go to Customer Marketing.
- Select Customer Sales and Marketing Management.
- Open the customer tab by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the customer row.
- Go to the Additional Info tab.
2. Grid Auto-refresh
Previously, after making a data entry process you had to refresh the window to see the item created. Now, the grid refreshes automatically after clicking Save.
3. "Create and Edit Recipe Attributes" renamed to "Create and Edit Attributes, Traits and Seasonality" .
The node called "Create and Edit Recipe Attributes" was renamed to "Create and Edit Attributes, Traits and Seasonality" for clarity and accuracy.
Also in data items, in the Recipe Management section, the field called "Traits (Seasonality)" was renamed to " Attributes, Traits and Seasonality"
- On the side panel go to General Setup.
- Go to Recipe.
- Click on "Create and Edit Attributes, Traits and Seasonality".
- Open the recipe tab by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the recipe row.
4. Display OpenEdge Window in Event Financial Card.
The event financial card info was modified to display the OpenEdge window if the app setting called "CreditCardProcessor" has the proper values.
- Click on the Sales and Marketing section located on the left panel
- Click on Events & Order Management.
- Select Event Management All Status Types Included .
- Open the event by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the event row .
- Go to the Financial Tab .
- Go to the Payment Schedule section.
- Click on Process Credit Card.
- Click on Add/Edit Credit Card Info.
5. Add Flag on Event Type.
Added a flag on the Event Type that says "Include Auto-Add Delivery" on the Event Order creation for better event categorization and management.
- Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Go to Financial Setup.
- Go to Create and Edit Event Types.
- Open the event type by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the event type row .
- Click on the toggle to turn on/off the "Include Auto-Add Delivery".
6. New Function in Avalara Tax Code Management.
Implemented the following features in Avalara Tax Code management to enhance tax code operations:

A search function in the "Description".

A search function in the "TaxCode".
- Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Go to Financial Setup.
- Go to Avalara Tax Code Management.
- The search box will be on the bottom.
7. App Setting to Hide Shipping Fields Section
We created an appsetting that allows to "hide" the field that can be found within the "Event Management", in the "Delivery Information". Please refer to the screenshot shown below.
To turn the setting on/off follow these steps:
- Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Go to App Settings
- on the search bar type "showreturndatecontrols"
- Open the app setting by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on app setting row .
- on the "App Setting Value" field type "yes" to display the Return Date controls on the Event Delivery Window or "no" to hide them.

8. App Setting to Hide "Add'l Times" button
We created an appSetting that hides the "special events", that can be found within the Event Management Window.
To turn the setting on/off follow these steps:
- Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Go to App Settings
- On the search bar type "ShowAdditionalTimesButton"
- Open the app setting by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on app setting row .
- on the "App Setting Value" field type "yes" to display the "Additional Times" button on the Event Management Window or "no" to hide them.

9. Added watermark in the name fields.
Added a watermarks in the Client or Company Name, Overflow, Website, Sales Person and others.
10. App Setting to require Mail Type.
We created an app setting for the field "MailType" to be required/not required in customer and Lead/prospect.
To turn the setting on/off follow these steps:
- Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Go to App Settings
- On the search bar type "DefaultMailType"
- Open the app setting by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on app setting row .
- On the "App Setting Value" field type "yes" to require the mail type or "no" for it to be optional.
11. App Setting for "Referred by".
We created a new appsetting for the field "ReferredBy" to say "Please Select" by default.
To turn the setting on/off follow these steps:
- Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Go to App Settings
- On the search bar type "DefaultReferredBy"
- Open the app setting by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on app setting row .
- On the "App Setting Value" field type the message to display.
12. Date and Time Picker
We added a second date and time picker on the staff window to select when the shift ends on the next day.
13. New option to add a salesperson.
Added a button to create a new sales person from the event window, streamlining the process.
To add a Salesperson from the event window follow these steps:
- Click on the Sales and Marketing section located on the left panel
- Click on Events & Order Management.
- Select Event Management All Status Types Included .
- Open the event by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the event row .
- In the Customer Tab go to the Marketing Info dropdown.
- Click on Add Salesperson.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click Save.
14. Staff Schedule Format.
We changed the staff schedule display to a 12 hour format.
15. Batch Update Button.
We added a batch update button in the Event Item notes for more efficient updates.
To update multiple Event Item notes at the same time follow these steps:
- Click on the Sales and Marketing section located on the left panel.
- Click on Events & Order Management.
- Select Event Management All Status Types Included .
- Open the event by clicking on the pencil icon or by double-clicking on the event row .
- Go to the Order Details Tab.
- Click on Edit Item Notes.
- Using the checkboxes mark the items which notes you want to edit.
- Select Batch Update.
- Type in the notes.
- Click Save.
15. Fields Renamed on Days Pop-Up.
On the Days Pop-up window, the field formerly called Days was renamed to Message and the field formerly called Message was renamed to Web Message for more clarity.
