Screen Recorder
If you experience an issue with Elecate or the Remote Desktop Connection, you can record your steps and send us the video in a support ticket. This is a tremendous help for us to see what is going on.
In Elecate, click on the Windows icon and select “Screen Recorder.”
To start the recording, click “Start Record.”
This program will track all mouse movement, clicks, and opening and closing of windows. When you are finished, click “Stop Record.”
This will prompt a save window. Save the video file to your Desktop or other folder.
When you submit a ticket, please attach this zipped video file.
