Recipes Card Reporting
Recipes card reporting involves the documentation and analysis of data related to culinary recipes. This reporting process includes tracking information such as recipe ingredients, quantities, preparation methods, portion sizes, and cost per serving. Recipes card reporting helps chefs, kitchen managers, and food service operators manage their recipe portfolios, analyze recipe performance, adjust menu offerings, and make informed decisions about ingredient procurement, pricing, and menu planning.
Print scaled recipe cards.
- Go to Data Items in the left side panel.
- Click on Food Management.
- Click Reports in the navigation bar.
- Click Recipes Card Reporting.
- On “Guests/Qty to serve”, select the quantity to serve.
- Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
