Recipe Usage Reporting
Recipe usage reporting involves tracking and analyzing the utilization of recipes or culinary formulas within your establishment. It includes monitoring the frequency and quantity of ingredients used in recipes, tracking changes or adjustments made to recipes, and generating reports to analyze recipe performance. This process helps kitchen managers and chefs understand which recipes are popular, manage inventory effectively, optimize menu offerings, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Go to Production in the left side panel.
- Click on Kitchen Management.
- Click Reports in the navigation bar.
- Click Recipe Usage and Production Reports.
- On “Usage Date From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.
- Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
