# Payroll Reporting

## Printing

Once you enter The Payroll Reporting side, or the "Staff Payroll Reporting", you can select the reports that you have for payroll, select the date where they are from, and if you like to proceed with the printing, you will find a Switch that has the "On" and "Off" option next to "Select to Print All Records", and this will allow you to print all the records within the set date range.

Also, you have the option, next to the "Refresh" button, to click the "selected" button, and that will allow you to select manually, the report to print within the set date range, and with this, you can click on the "Print To" option, which will give you a list of different printing options. 

If you click “Print Payroll,” you will be prompted to set a date range and choose a report to print.
