The Power BI button integrates Elecate with Microsoft’s Power BI software. This allows you to take data from Elecate and create graphs and other visual aids that update in real time to help better manage your business performance.
The Default Dashboard provides a high-level overview of event revenue and performance. It consolidates confirmed, pending, and canceled transactions into visual charts and summary tables, helping managers quickly assess financial health and spot trends across the month.
How to find the Power BI:
- On the side panel go to Dashboard (Power BI)
- Then click on it
- Here you will find 5 different options (Default Dashboard, Events Map, Sales, KitchenOps and Warehouse Ops), you just need to click on the one that you want to use or edit.
Events Map
The Events Map combines customer delivery details with geographic visualization. It plots event locations on an interactive map, allowing teams to track logistics, identify regional demand, and coordinate deliveries more efficiently across cities and states.
Sales
The Sales dashboard focuses on revenue analysis. Filters such as “Month of Inquiry” and “Booked Date” let users drill into customer activity, while charts highlight top customers and revenue distribution by event type. This tab is essential for financial planning and sales strategy.
KitchenOps
KitchenOps tracks ingredient usage and recipe requirements. It organizes supplies by category (e.g., dairy, poultry, bakery) and displays unit conversions for accurate costing. This tab helps kitchen managers monitor consumption, control food costs, and align inventory with event menus.
WarehouseOps
WarehouseOps provides visibility into deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements. Calendar-based totals and drill-downs show daily event logistics, equipment schedules, and stock levels. This tab supports warehouse teams in balancing supply, avoiding shortages, and ensuring timely operations.
