Copied Events
Are you running a series of similar or recurring events? You do not need to enter all of the same customer, venue, or event details again! The steps below will show you how to copy events.
First, go to the Elecate sidebar and click [Copy/Print Events].
This will bring up a list of your current and upcoming events. You can search or filter to find the event that you wish to copy and then click once to select it.
At the bottom of the window, you will see the [Copy Selected] button.
Click this ONE TIME. You will see this window:
Review the details and edit the information you wish to change. For our example, we are copying this event to a new date.
On the far right side of the window, you will see a box called “Filter Departments to Copy.”
Select as many as are relevant to this new event. For our example, we are using “Staff.”
When you select “Staff,” you will see “Event Staff” appear at the bottom of the list. You will usually select both “Staff” and “Event Staff” when copying an event that employs staff members.
