Organization Management.
Organization management, whether for customers or prospects in a catering business, involves the strategic coordination of activities to effectively serve existing customers and attract potential clients. This includes tasks such as identifying target markets, nurturing customer relationships, managing inquiries and bookings, and providing personalized services to meet customer needs and preferences. Organization management in catering also involves implementing marketing strategies, conducting sales efforts, and maintaining a positive brand image to attract and retain customers while expanding the client base through effective prospect management.
To add an organization:
- Go to Sales & Marketing on the left side panel.
- Go to Customer (CRM).
- Click Organization Management.
- Click New Entry.
- Fill out the information.
- Click on Save.
To edit an organization:
- Go to Sales & Marketing on the left side panel.
- Go to Customer (CRM).
- Click Organization Management.
- Click the pencil icon on the Action column.
- Edit the desired information, once finished click on Save.
