How can I create Open and Close Dates?

When a new event is created, the sales team can receive a predefined message or alert for a specific date selected for the event.

  1. Go to General Setup.
  2. Click Marketing.
  3. Click on Create and Edit Days Pop-up Messages.
  4. Click on New Entry.
  5. Complete the message and choose the date when is going to show.
  6. On the field Action you have the following options:



    Watched: If you select this option for the message, a window displaying the message will appear on the event for that specific date.


    Approval: If you choose this option for the message, the event can only be created if an approval password is entered for that specific date.


    Closed: If you choose this option for the message, the event cannot be scheduled for that particular date, and is going to show a "d" under the date of the event.
