      Omni CXM Survey Management

      To manage Omni CXM Survey 

      1. On the side panel go to Sales & Marketing
      2. Click on Customer (CRM)

       

      3.  Select Marketing Tools

      4. Choose Omni CXM Survey Management

       

      5. On this window, you have the option to Manage the Survey information like: Available for Submission, Sent Surveys, Received Surveys, Survey Administrator.
