You will need to complete the General Setup tab before setting these defaults. Default Location: select an existing location for all new orders. Some clients choose “Client Residence” as the default so that a location will automatically populate in new orders. Default Event Type: select an Event Type for all new orders. Some clients choose a default so that the event type will automatically populate in new orders. Default Event Status: select an Event Status for all new orders. Some clients choose “Pending” as the default so that there will be no errors when saving new orders.
