Inventory Locations

In the catering business, miscellaneous inventory locations are specific areas or storage spaces where various items are stored, organized, and managed. These locations can range from warehouses and storage rooms to shelves and designated sections within a catering facility. Each inventory location is carefully labeled and organized in a systematic manner to streamline storage, retrieval, and tracking of equipment items. These locations provide precise physical references for inventory tracking.

To add a miscellaneous inventory location:

  1. Go to Data Items on the left side panel.
  2. Click Miscellaneous Items.
  3. Click Inventory Locations.

  4. Click New Entry.

  5. Fill out the information.

  6. Click on Save.

 

To edit a miscellaneous inventory location:

  1. Go to Data Items on the left side panel.
  2. Click Miscellaneous Items.
  3. Click Inventory Locations.

  4. Click the pencil icon on the Action column.

  5. Edit the desired information, once finished click on Save
