Main Sales View Window
To see the Main Sales View Window:
- Go to Sales & Marketing
- Click on Event & Order Management
- Click on Main sales View

4. Select a date in the fields Date from and To

5. Click refresh to display the records that fall within that date

6. Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export

7. Click Print to and select how you want to view the reports
8. Click on New entry to create a new one

Here you can edit the information inside of each of the tabs (customer, event, etc).

Here you can create, add a new section and view an existing one.

Here you can search, filter and group each section.

In the different columns (Menu, Staff, Beverage, Equipment and Accounting), you´ll find the following statuses:
In Process: Currently being worked on by the salesperson, where the event is being edited, updated, or items are being added/removed before sending it to the corresponding department (kitchen, staffing, operations).
In Production: The event is already being worked on by the corresponding department (kitchen, staff, and operations).
N/A: Not applicable; a status selected by the sales manager when an event is no longer valid.
New: A completely new event that has not been touched or edited by any salesperson yet.
Ready for Invoicing: The event date has passed, and it is now ready to be sent to begin the invoicing process.
Returned: The event was returned by one of the departments it was sent to (kitchen, staff, or operations) so the salesperson can make the necessary changes and resend it.
Submitted: The event has been sent to the corresponding department (kitchen, staff, or operations).
