Last Action Items

Last action items are tasks that need to be completed before officially closing an event. They are often the final steps to wrap up loose ends and ensure that all necessary tasks are accomplished.

To add a last action item:

  1. Go to General Setup on the left side panel.
  2. Click Marketing.
  3. Click Create and Edit Last Action Items.

  4. Click New Entry.

  5. Fill out the information.

  6. Click on Save.

 

To edit a last action item:

  1. Go to General Setup on the left side panel.
  2. Click Marketing.
  3. Click Create and Edit Last Action Items.

  4. Click the pencil icon on the Action column.

  5. Edit the desired information, once finished click on Save
