Kitchen Scheduling and Production Reporting
Kitchen scheduling and production reporting involve managing and organizing the staffing schedules of kitchen personnel and tracking the production output of food items in a culinary environment. It encompasses tasks such as creating work schedules for kitchen staff, assigning duties, monitoring productivity, tracking inventory usage, and generating reports on food production efficiency. This process helps ensure smooth operations, optimize resource allocation, maintain quality standards, and facilitate effective decision-making in the kitchen.
In this section you can generate report of kitchen scheduling in a date range.
- Go to Production in the left side panel.
- Click on Kitchen Management.
- Click Reports in the navigation bar.
- Click Food Production and Scheduling Reporting.
- On “Food Delivery Date From” and “To”, select the dates of the report to view.

Click on Refresh.
- Click on the drop-down “Select Reports...” and select the report you want to view.

Click on the Check boxes to select the report or reports you want to export.
- Click Print to and select how you want to view the report.
